What is Jacobi Raffle?
Jacobi Raffle is a live-streamed lottery game via Microsoft Teams. It is also part of the Jacobi Virtual Christmas Party 2024. We play together and you can win great prizes.

Who can join?
Everyone who works at Jacobi will automatically get a lottery number. An email will be sent out with an invitation along with the date and time for the event.

How do you play Jacobi Raffle?
In the Jacobi Raffle event we will draw numbers for 6 winners. In our Raffle School you will find out more how we play.

What do I do if my lottery number is a winner?

1. Open the Meeting Chat in Teams
2. Write ’Raffle’ and click Send
3. The host of the event will lead you on to the various choices and opportunities to win nice prizes.

How do I join the event?
The event takes place in Microsoft Teams on laptops, smart phones and tablets. Make sure the program is open 5 minutes before the event starts, then a popup box will appear with a ”Connect” button.

NOTE! Before clicking ”Connect” make sure to set the microphone to ”Mute” and the camera switched to off.

I miss an invitation.
If you have not received an invitation, email info@jacobingo.net and we will make sure you will get one as soon as possible. It does not cost any money to join, it is all free.

What are the preconditions to play?
To play Jacobi Raffle, you need to have Microsoft Teams installed on your computer, phone or tablet and, of course, a lottery number. You will find your number here: My Lottery Number. Make sure you know what number that has been given to you before we start playing.

Some employees do not speak English.
If you know someone in your organization who doesn’t speak English, we want you or an English-speaking friend to help. It is also fine to ask for help from your country manager.

You can also sit several people together and let the English-speaking person do all the talking.

What happens if I win but can’t attend the event?
Please talk to your country manager. He or she will be your substitute during the event.

I am missing a lottery number.
If you do not find your name and lottery number here My Lottery Number send an e-mail to info@jacobingo.net and we will send you a lottery number as soon as possible.

How do I get my prize?
If you have won a prize, it will be sent to the office or facility to which you belong. If you want a different delivery address, just email the delivery details to info@jacobingo.net and we will make sure you will get your prize as soon as possible.
